Built from lived experience, craftsmanship, and relentless curiosity, our business exists to serve professionals who refuse to compromise on hair quality. We are a wholesale‑only supplier of premium human hair extensions, created for stylists, salons, and hair extension specialists who demand consistency, customization, and trust in their supply chain.
Our Story
This business did not begin in a boardroom or with a polished business plan. It began in the air.
While working as a flight attendant for a Russian airline and living in Moscow, I was constantly traveling between Russia and Vietnam—my home country. Along those routes, I was exposed to the raw human hair trade long before I ever imagined building a business. I watched how hair was sourced, processed, transported, and transformed into finished products for professionals in Russia.
That knowledge stayed with me.
In 2017, after relocating to Australia and searching for direction, a close friend asked a simple question that changed everything: “Why didn’t I start a hair extensions business?” A few weeks of market research revealed a clear truth—there was a significant gap in the Australian market for truly high‑quality, professionally made hair extensions.
Over the Christmas and New Year period of 2017–2018, I flew to St Petersburg, Russia to meet a long‑time client I had previously assisted by transporting raw hair materials for her business. With every dollar I had—$7,000 USD—I purchased what stock I could and returned to Australia with no roadmap, no client base, and no certainty.
Learning the Market, One Salon at a Time
Back in Australia, I began cold‑calling salons with a foreign accent, raw hair bundles in hand, and zero guarantees. One Stylist in Sydney wanted to try.
That single client taught me something critical: the Australian market had very specific preferences. 2018 Tape extensions were in demand. Keratin bonds and raw bundles were not what consumers wanted.
So I learned.
Every spare moment was spent studying—YouTube, forums, overseas suppliers, trial and error. When a stylist asked if I could supply nano tips, I didn’t say no. I went to thrift shops searching for the right wire. I converted keratin tips into nano tips during lunch breaks while working in a Chinese restaurant. I adapted because I had to.
Building Freedom Through Craft
In May 2018, I left Sydney, traveling the coastline with no fixed plan other than to escape winter. Along the way, I discovered something more valuable than a location—I realized that if professionals trusted my hair, I could live anywhere and still build a business.
I settled in Brisbane, Queensland, and started again. Door‑knocking. Cold calls. Carrying hair bundles from salon to salon. Two specialist extension salons took a chance on me, and those relationships still stand today.
With limited capital and growing demand, I learned to prepare hair extensions locally from loose bundle I stock to meet client needs. One referral led to another. Salons across Queensland and New South Wales began reaching out. The business evolved naturally into what it is today—**custom‑made hair extensions for professionals**.
Craftsmanship as a Competitive Advantage
Working hands‑on with hair revealed something deeply personal. I realized that the love of making, fixing, and refining—something I inherited from my father—had found its place. Hair extensions were not just a product; they were a craft.
I invested countless hours learning every method by hand: hand-tied weft, nanos, keratin bonds, drawing hair, blending colors, and finishes. Tools were sourced from overseas. Techniques were refined through repetition. This dedication became our niche and our standard.
This step wasn’t just a business expansion; it was a deeply personal milestone. It gave me the chance to fully immerse myself in every stage of the production process—from sourcing the finest raw materials to perfecting finishing processes. Beyond that, it allowed me to assemble a team of skilled and passionate artisans whose craftsmanship lies at the heart of everything we create.
Taking Control of the Supply Chain
During the pandemic and throughout the Russia–Ukraine conflict, demand grew—but sourcing became unpredictable. Transportation delays and inconsistent quality made one thing clear: relying on external suppliers was no longer enough.
The solution was ownership.
In 2022, as soon as borders reopened, I returned to Vietnam to begin sourcing raw materials directly. At the same time, I continued collaborating with highly skilled Russian bleaching technicians—known globally for their expertise. Step by step, we built our own production process.
Today, we operate our own production house in Vung Tau, Viet Nam. Our process covers raw hair sourcing (in Vietnam and nearby regions), precise colour blending, Handcrafted finishing and comprehensive quality control. Advance chemicals processing and bleaching are entrusted to Specialist Russian technicians renowned for their expertise. Our team prepares finished products with precision, consistency, and respect for the professionals who rely on them.
