Flight Attendant — watching hair leave the country
I was helping Russian buyers source hair locally — hair that would leave Vietnam and come back labeled “Russian Extensions.” I watched that happen for years.
Brisbane, Australia
A garage. Direct relationships. A realization.
When I moved to Australia, I realized I was sitting on something more valuable than a supply chain. I had direct relationships. I knew the source. So I started selling hair extensions out of a garage in Brisbane.
2022 — The turning point
Russia invaded Ukraine. Our first lab began.
Some of the technicians who had been processing hair in Russia fled — and ended up in Vietnam. That’s when our first all-in-house lab took shape. Not by plan. By circumstance.

We don’t touch Chinese industrial hair. We don’t claim to carry Russian, Slavic, or Indian hair — and we never will. What we do is take one origin, one process, and do it better than anyone willing to slow down long enough to care.

Partnership ModelOur Partner
Strategy
Our all-in-house process runs 4–5 weeks from raw Vietnamese hair to your salon’s door. That’s not slow — that’s the cost of doing it properly. And we’ve built a model that still leaves room for you to make real profit.
We Don’t Scale What Shouldn’t Be Scaled
Our SDP (Slow Depigmentation) process takes days — not hours — to gently lift melanin from Vietnamese cuticle hair. Most producers use fast acid and peroxide. It’s cheaper, it’s faster, and the hair shows it.
We don’t pre-lift in bulk or hold shelves of finished color. When your order comes in, we start. You get hair processed for your order — not hair that’s been sitting.
We Don’t Supply Every Salon
Our process is slower by design. That means we’re not the right fit for every salon, and we’re honest about that.
We also know the market: many “suppliers” are simply resellers sourcing from Chinese factories with a label change. If your clients can walk next door and buy the same hair, there’s no story to sell. That’s not us, and it’s not the kind of partnership we’re building.
Exclusive by Territory — Branded for You
We work with a limited number of salons per city, based on population. One partner per ~1 million people.
For example

We work with 5 salon partners. That’s it.
