These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements entered into by VolumeAndLength Hair Extensions (ABN 168966517704) as a private label, wholesale supplier of premium hair extensions to business customers primarily for commercial use. By engaging our services or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.
1. General
1.1 VolumeAndLength Hair Extensions operates as a private label, wholesale supplier, offering premium-quality products tailored to meet the individual needs of each business customer. The company is governed by Australian consumer law and provides services exclusively to registered businesses or professionals in the hair and beauty industry.
1.2 By placing an order with VolumeAndLength Hair Extensions, accessing our website, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The “Agreement” or “Contract” refers to the sale and purchase of products between VolumeAndLength and the customer, governed by these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 No changes to these Terms and Conditions are valid unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by an authorised representative of VolumeAndLength Hair Extensions.
1.5 Illustrations, samples, or product descriptions provided are for reference purposes only and do not form part of the contractual agreement unless explicitly stated.
2. Purchase of Products
2.1 Products featured on our website or provided through our services are considered an invitation to make an offer, not an obligation to sell. Acceptance of your order is at our discretion.
2.2 Orders can be placed via our website or through direct communication with our team. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including quantities, specifications, and delivery instructions, are accurate.
2.3 Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment on from check-out page on the website. However, this does not confirm acceptance of the order. A separate order confirmation email will be sent once your order has been accepted and processed.
2.4 Orders with bespoke or customised requirements may take longer to process. If any product is unavailable, or additional lead times apply, we will notify you and provide alternative options or the opportunity to cancel the order.
2.5 Any products specifically tailored to your brand or acquired exclusively to fulfill your order cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST for all Australian trade account members and converting to USD for all trade account members who are not in Australia unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Payment for all products and services must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card.
3.3 Customers with approved trade accounts must adhere to their agreed payment terms.
4. Delivery
4.1 Orders will only be delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase. Any changes to delivery addresses must be communicated prior to order dispatch.
4.2 All orders are prepared and shipped from our oversea Production House with delivery options will be discussed and chosen by Trade account members. Approximate delivery timelines will be provided; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Risk and responsibility for the products pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
4.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect products upon delivery and report any discrepancies, defects, or shortages within three (3) business days.
4.5 VolumeAndLength is not responsible for any loss or damage after the products leave our facility unless clear evidence of negligence is provided.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
5.1 VolumeAndLength Hair Extensions abides by Australian consumer guarantees, which protect you if products fail to meet reasonable expectations of quality, durability, or performance.
5.2 Custom-made products, including private-label hair extensions with branding or bespoke specifications, are not eligible for returns unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
5.3 All products can be accepted as a return or exchange within 30 days after receipt of your order provided they are unused or altered and in their original packaging. All hair extension orders are thoroughly inspected throughout the manufacturing of your order and primarily before its completion.
5.4 Refunds, repairs, or replacements will be provided for defective products upon inspection and confirmation. Please contact us immediately at support@volumeandlength.com and include relevant details and evidence.
5.5 Any products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for returns or warranty claims.
6. Warranty
6.1 Hair extensions are natural products, and some variance may occur. We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects and match the agreed specifications at the time of sale.
6.2 The warranty does not cover conditions resulting from improper use, such as excessive heat exposure, chemical treatments, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
6.3 To make a warranty claim, customers must notify us within thirty (30) days of receiving the product, and return the product for assessment.
6.4 VolumeAndLength’s liability under any warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, as per Australian consumer guarantees.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All product designs, branding materials, and marketing content provided by VolumeAndLength Hair Extensions, including logos, graphics, and product imagery, remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 VolumeAndLength Hair Extensions takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that our products meet strict quality standards. However, our liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted under Australian law.
8.2 VolumeAndLength is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or any potential business impact, resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
8.3 The customer is responsible for ensuring the proper and safe application of the products and that they are used exclusively by skilled professionals knowledgeable about hair extensions.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 VolumeandLength is not liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to factors beyond our reasonable control. These may include adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, or unforeseen global events such as pandemics.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be exclusively subject to the competent courts of Australia.
